Hey Sports Fans, Greetings from Mr.Phillips. The Sports Junkiez decided they needed more personnel on the blogspot and that is why I'm here. Thanks Guys for giving the call, I'll be doing the Tennis section people where I won't always be politically correct but can you say McEnroe? This has been a lovely year of Tennis but hey, The Hard Court season is up (my personal fave) and the highly anticipated U.S. Open is around the corner.
I don't know but I think this is Nadal's year to get his first U.S. Open title he's playing superb and he hasn't been deterred after the debacle last year due to injury but hey he is the number one and you would expect that the number one to be highly favored.
Other contenders are Murray,Federer,and Djokovic oh and let's not forget the reigning champion Del Potro but sad to say all of these names I've mentioned have been somewhat not a factor I don't know, I haven't seen Del Potro play in like forever I wonder if injuries are plaguing the budding star? Federer seems at a different place nowadays the shots we're accustomed to him making he's not making, Djokovic has had an awful season its like he has hit a wall and ever so struggling to break it down and Murray well Murray has been solid he probably is the second favored to win it I think.
